Each studio facility houses only the best state of the art equipment and a vast resource of printed, audio and video material sourced worldwide. Air-Conditioning, and beverages are also readily available at every venue.

DrumLab caters for Drums students of all levels, from beginner to professional, and runs numerous programmes, customized for optimum efficiency and progress at any level of playing. These include a comprehensive internal DrumLab curricula, as well as the international Trinity Guildhall, Trinity Rock & Pop and Rock School accreditations.

DrumLab has enjoyed astounding success over the past ten years, and students at all levels from beginner to advanced professional level have gained considerable insight, advancement and success on their chosen instrument. Although it is not necessary to do exams, DrumLab has boasted a 100% success rate over the past four years that the Trinity London Exams (as just one of the curriculum options) have been adopted, with an 93% Distinction & Merit pass rate in 2015/16. The DrumLab Fourways facility is also the preferred venue by Trinity London for the annual Drum Kit exams. 

DrumLab proudly hosts a truly international student base. This currently includes learners from U.S.A. UAE. France, Japan, Germany, China, Iran, Switzerland and South Korea. Many students travel quite some distance within South Africa to attend sessions, like Witbank, Klerksdorp,Vanderbijlpark. For students who’s first language is not English, selected teachers are fluent in Afrikaans, French, Zulu & Sesotho and Mandarin.

DrumLab Skype on-line instruction to Durban, Cape Town, Australia and the UK is also increasingly popular and successful.
